What is The Longhaul [beta edition]?
The Longhaul[ beta edition] is the first release in our Transit Series. This collection is designed specifically for longhaul travel.
Beta editions are a limited drop, offered at early bird pricing. They give our early adopters first access to the collection ahead of the full release, and invites them into the product development journey with us.
How do I know what size I am?
All pieces in our Transit Series are designed to take you from A to B—think tailored pieces with a relaxed fit.
To find your best fit, check the size guide on each product page for measurements.
If you’re between sizes or unsure, drop us a line at hello@tranproject.com and we’ll help you work it out.
Do you have seperate collections for men and women?
Don’t come at us, but we’re into the gender neutral thing.
Besides, the main difference we found between traditional ‘men’ and ‘women’ designs was that mens’ styles had deeper pockets. And we thought, why do men get all the deep pockets?! Deep pockets for all, we say.
Plus, we love incorporating a blend of masculine and feminine aesthetics into our designs.
Where are your clothes made?
Our garments are proudly made in Sài Gòn, Việt Nam. We partner with factories that have global certifications including:
WRAP Compliance - this certification demonstrates that the facility meets or exceeds international social compliance standards.
SMETA - this independent audit helps protect workers from unsafe conditions, overwork, discrimination, low pay, and forced labour.
Betterwork - this organisation works with governments, global brands, factory owners and workers to improve working conditions in the garment industry. Better Work engages with factories through assessment, advisory and training visits.
How long does it take to get my outfit?
All orders placed in May 2025, will ship in August 2025.
Our made-to-order model means we don’t have piles of pre-made items sitting in a warehouse waiting to be shipped.
Each garment is individually cut, sewn and quality checked. This process results in less waste and takes a bit longer than what we’re all used to.
We’ll send regular status updates to let you know how your outfit is being made.
What is your return policy?
We know returns can be a hassle (for you, us and the planet). So we’ve put a lot of thought into creating a process that minimises waste and discourages impulse purchases.
If you’re unsure about sizing or have any questions before you buy, please reach out to hello@tranproject.com — we’re here to help you get it right the first time.
But, we totally get that sometimes things don’t work out. If you need to make a return, we offer full refunds on unworn items returned within 30 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping and any associated costs.
Do you provide exchanges?
Exchanges are good in theory, but difficult in practice. There’s a lot of to-ing and fro-ing and the juice isn’t worth the squeeze.
To keep it simple, we offer refunds only — so get your money back and let’s try again next time.
Do you accept international orders and deliver worldwide?
Yes—we accept and deliver orders from countries across Asia Pacific, North America, UK and Europe.
Currently, orders can be processed in AUD, USD, or GBP. Select your location to see available currency options.
If your local currency isn’t available, your bank may charge you a foreign exchange fee on the transaction (please check and take this into account before purchasing).
How do you handle international import taxes, duties, tariffs?
We cover all taxes, tariffs, and duties worldwide — you won't face any surprise fees at checkout or customs.
How are you handling the U.S. tariff situation?
While the U.S. tariff situation remains influx, we have already planned for the worse case scenario.
We are covering all customs, tariffs and duties for our U.S customers. This is reflected in the displayed product price. We guarantee customers will not pay anything additional at checkout or when the package arrives at U.S customs.
Can I track my order?
In this day and age, is this even a question?! Once your order is ready for shipping, we will email you a shipping notification and tracking number. Happy stalking.
What happens if my package gets lost?
Our complimentary standard shipping comes with tracking, while express shipping (available at checkout for an additional fee) requires a signature upon delivery.
In the unlikely event your package goes missing, contact us immediately at hello@tranproject.com so we can help file a claim with the shipping carrier.

How do I take care of my outfit?
To keep your outfit in good condition for as long possible, we recommend:
Cold wash to retain colour and shape.
No bleach, harsh chemicals or tumble dry.
Wash inside-out and dry naturally in the shade.
Iron on low heat, inside-out.
Coincidentally, these things are also better for the environment. Win-Win.
